Return Policy:
We truly hope you love all of your purchases from Simply A to Z Boutique. However, we know there will be times when items need to be returned. All purchases are eligible for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 21 days of receiving your items. After 21 days, items are ineligible for return.
Items purchased from our "Final Sale” & “Doorbuster” tabs are final sale items and are not eligible for return.
Items must be in perfect condition in order to be eligible for return. This means unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We will offer exchanges, at the expense of the customer for shipping if an online exchange.
HOLIDAY 2025 PURCHASES CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED UNTIL 1/31/26 :)
Return Instructions:
The customer is responsible for shipping return costs.

or you can do returns in person during store hours.
Please include your packing slip that was sent with your order. This contains your information and order number.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.
Damaged Items:
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email simplyatoz1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of your damaged items.

NEW POLICY IN BAD AXE: WE WILL HOLD YOUR ORDER FOR 14 DAYS. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU BY DAY 14 WE WILL RETURN YOUR ORDER TO THE FLOOR AND REFUND YOUR ORDER TO A MERCHANDISE CREDIT
WE DO NOT OFFER IN STORE HOLDS WITHOUT PURCHASE. So using our Buy Online Pick Up in Store option is a great way to secure the items you love if you cannot make it in store! :)
